Pricing Policy

All of our prices are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of July, 2000. Product prices are reviewed for each new edition and updates and remain stable during the life of that edition.

shipping practices and delivery

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver our products by air mail in Australia, New Zealand and to the rest of the World using Australia Post airmailing services. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product/s and your location, shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout, but you know how much you are being charged at the time you make your selection when purchasing the chosen product/s.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of them being received and dispatching the ordered products should be within the usual delivery timeframes, which are estimated at between:

• 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia;
• 5-10 business days to New Zealand;
• 10 to 15 business days for the rest of the World.
  

Shipping Destinations

Camino Downunder ships all goods ordered on the Camino Downunder website in Australia and internationally by using airmail services of Australia Post.

Camino Downunder is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We at Camino Downunder will advise you if we are not able to process your received order within two business days. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes will vary depending where your nominated delivery address is. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreed alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

Refund/Return policy and disputes

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or imperfectly printed, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website. If you have bought the product/s and we have shipped them in the time stated and they have not been delivered to the nominated address within the maximum delivery dates indicated for Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the World, we ask you to contact us in writing at enquiries@caminodownunder.com in order to seek a mutually satisfactory outcome.

Camino Downunder is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all.

Camino Downunder uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Camino Downunder only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
